What is Vinyasa Yoga?


Vinyasa Yoga focuses on a fluid sequence of movements and breathing technqiues that increase strength, stamina and flexibitily while building internal heat to detoxify the body. Often considered a 'moving meditiation' as you lose yourself in the flow; calming the mind and increasing focus. Vinyasa Yoga is great for beginners or those who are unsure what type of yoga they would like to practice because it incorportaes elements from all different schools of yoga. It is also great for experienced yogis who enjoy the creativity and free form afforded by practicing Vinyasa versus other yoga practices.




Would 'Yoga with Maddy' be suitable for me if i have never tried Yoga?


Yes! Maddy is a dynamic teacher who easily assesses an individuals capabilities thus creating and enhancing the individuals personal yoga experience. Yes! Vinyasa Yoga is great for beginners or those who are unsure what type of yoga they would like to practice because it incorportaes elements from all different schools of yoga. Maddy will tailor a class for your level of yoga and general fitness. From super fit gym junkies to over 60's new to yoga




I really want to try 'Yoga with Maddy' but have a baby/young child?


A mum herself, Maddy undertands your needs. Depending on the time, location and size of your class, Maddy can organise her nanny/creche options. Contact her to discuss your requirements.




Can you run workshops privately for special occasions such as birthdays or hens parties?


Yes, we can tailor one of our previous workshops or design a special morning, afternoon or evening specifically for your group. In the past these have included yoga and photography, cooking or candle making. And of course bubbles!
